Creative Therapy Associates provides Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy (ABA),  Speech-Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy for both children and adults. We offer assessments, consultation, treatment plans, individual and group therapy, resources and training. Our therapists are certified professionals with extensive experience working with clients from pre-school age right up to seniors, meeting them where they live, work or learn, in our clinic, or online via video-conferencing. Located in Thunder Bay, our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to helping people throughout Northwestern Ontario live a full life with dignity and independence.

Children’s Services

Our multidisciplinary team provides a full range of behavioural therapy (ABA), speech-language pathology and occupational therapy services for children. We can assess and treat communication disorders, difficulties with gross or fine motor skills and support treatment for behavioral issues, developmental delays, autism, and other neurodevelopmental needs.

Adult Rehabilitation, Home and Community Services

Our team of speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists can work with you after an accident, illness or injury to improve communication skills, provide strategies for feeding and swallowing, or work with you to ensure a safe, functional work or home environment.

Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) 

Speech-Language Pathologists at CTA are skilled in supporting clients who require Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, helping them develop effective communication strategies tailored to their unique needs. These devices serve as vital tools to enhance communication, promoting independence and improving the overall quality of life for individuals who face challenges with verbal communication.

Contract Services

We can provide contract services to communities, school boards, hospitals, long-term care facilities, organizations and others looking to provide behavioural therapy, speech-language pathology and/or occupational therapy.

Additionally, we can provide professional development training for your school, community or team.
